Jason has held different positions over the last 16 years, starting as a labourer and working his way up to be one of the top man in the piping crew, as a float driver and a loader operator. Positive and confident, he performs meticulous work and prioritizes safety in all his daily operations. The greatest challenges he faces at work are to operate in constant traffic and extreme weather conditions as well as working outside of town, away from his family during the summer, when construction is at its peak.
When he’s not at work, you can find him spending time with his family, travelling or outdoors, riding his ATV or moose hunting. He’s a loving husband and father to a beautiful 2 ½ year old son and is expecting a daughter in May. ‘’What I love most about working at Villeneuve Construction is the fact that we’re treated as family.”

Sasha holds a diploma in Civil and Mining Engineering Technology and is a certified technician with OACETT. Her career at Villeneuve started in 2011 by working various pits and quarries as a Laboratory Technician and has since progressed to QC Supervisor. You will find her in the field testing, inspecting or problem solving to ensure the highest quality of work. “With constant changes in the construction industry, the job definitely keeps me on my toes but it’s the challenges that keep me motivated.”
Free time during the summer construction season is limited, but Sasha finds the time to go hide away on her lakefront property with her husband, two boys and friends building memories. She enjoys yearly getaways in the south with her husband, working on her property, fishing and relaxing evening fires.
